S, safety, means that in the process of production, efforts should be made to improve labor conditions and overcome unsafe factors so that production can be carried out smoothly under the premise of the safety and health of laborers and ruling out financial losses of the company. E, environment, refers to the sum total of various natural forces or effects closely related to the organization that impact human life and production activities. It not only includes the combination of not only various natural factors but also ecological relations formed between human beings and natural factors. Since the management of safety, environment and health are inseparable in actual work, the three are integrated into an entity of management system, namely, the HSE management system.
